Event Descriptions:

Archery Tournament:
Each team will be able to submit 2 contestants. The tournament will consist of 3 games; Shoot the moon, Clay Pigeons and a Target Range. The top scored person will be the winner. In case of a tie, there will be a target shoot off.

Gauntlet:
Each group will be able to submit one gauntlet team.

Iron Chef:
Each team will be given a “mystery box” of foodstuffs. They will be able to utilize their own spices, and some staples. The teams have 2 hours from the time they get the box until the judging. Judging will be based on presentation, food taste, use of ingredients and creativity.

Nighthunter:
Nighttime combat event, individual players have a chance to be overall winner for their team. No limit to number of players per team, however players are not allowed to join up with other players.

Amtgard Idol:
Each participant should prepare 2 songs for performance. Each song should last no longer than 2.5 minutes. Based on the judge’s ruling, the top 5 performances will perform their second song. These last 5 performances will be judged by audience selection. In between the first round and the finals an “Open Bardic” will allow for people wishing to perform but not compete, as well as following the announcement of the winner.

300:
Each team will be able to submit one team of five players. (All teams must be present for the entirety of the event.)

Tug of War:
Six man teams, one team per group.

Militia Battle:
Each team may field any amount of players. The win is based on last man standing.

Mass Battle:
Each team may field any amount of players. Standard Amtgard Battle game rules apply. The win is based on last man standing, or in the event of time crunch, team with most lives still left.

Team Spirit Contest:
The team that represents itself with the best uniforms, garb, heraldry and other accessories will win one point. Will be judged over the entire event.

If you camp in the group area then the total fee is $25.00 (that includes the tent fee, 4 meals and gate fee).

If you choose to find one of the individual camp sites, it will still be $25.00 plus the per night fee

I apologize as I did not copy the price post to this site, it was sent on the various groups yahoo groups list
