Summer Trials 2010 Bids Open

Since Midreign has passed and gone, I'm officially opening the bidding season for autocrating Summer Trials 2010. I will accept bids until the first of May, and will announce the winning bid during Coronation Court at Spring Trials. Bids should include the following:

Overall cost of the event to the Duchy, including estimates for meals and feasts.

Gate fees to be charged to attendees (and how those will attempt to cover the cost of the event, per the IM Corpora).

A complete schedule, from Friday noon until feast cleanup Saturday night, of gate opening, events, and meals to be provided.

A determination of site. We've been discussing whether or not this is the year to move ST, convince me one way or the other.

Specific rules for the battle games and events, and how the Summer Champion (and or team) will be determined.

A complete list of crats (gate-o-crat, overall autocrat, feast-o-crat, and war-o-crat to run the battlegames) . A list of reeves, judges, or a method of assigning/finding them will be useful.
