Thanks for the input mono, we are shooting for a format like what you posted. Also thanks for posting Striker, however we are cleaning up the formatting and spelling not making any actual changes. That will be done in the near future.

1)The page numbering is off. IE Monarchy actually starts on 8, but is listed as starting on 9.
